    I took my Highlander in for coolant service and transmission fluid replacement service. Upon getting the car returned after the completion of the job I drove the vehicle home without inspecting it at their shop. At home, After the engine was stone cold , I found the cap off of the coolant recovery tank. I Also found the recovery tank had next to none coolant in it. Fortunately I had some Toyota coolant at home and was able to add it to the recovery tank at least to the bottom of the full mark. Also there were dirty fingerprints left on the hood and over the left front door. Other than that I was satisfied with their work. The personnel that work in the front office were very friendly and helpful.

    MASSIVE OIL LEAK AFTER SERVING AT THIS LOCATION CALLED FOR SERIVCE 10 DAYS AFTER OIL CHANGE OWNER SAYS THEY DONT WORK ON MERCEDES DIESEL AND WILL NOT LOOK INTO WHERE THE LEAK IS COMING FROM. BLEW A SERPENTINE BELT DUE TO LEAK. TOOK TO AN OTHER SHOP TO FIX ISSUE. NOT MAD NOT GOING TO SUE JUST WANT TRANSPARENCY SUV IS DRIVIN BY MY PREGNANT WIFE WITH 3 KIDS AND THIS PLACE MAY HAVE LEFT HER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. They may or may not have broken something but after being turned away just to look at it right after getting work done just feels wrong I have an expert diesel benz tech working on it now. Just be ware.

    Noah - I'm so sorry about your Benz. At 20 years, it's not unusual to see issues, and if we had been the cause, we would have been happy to make it right. However: - We changed out filters, which would not have caused an oil leak. - The leak happened 10 days after we worked on the car. If the leak had been at all related, we would have expected to see an issue the next day. - When you called to ask if we would work on the car, you didn't mention any oil leak at all. This is the first time we're hearing about it. We have changed our policy not to work on diesel cars. While we can handle simple items like a filter change, it's not fair to the customer to work on a car that we can't fix if we find further issues. We do warrantee our work. On the rare occasion there is an issue, we generally catch it before the care leaves the shop, but are happy to fix it any time after.

    (Updated original spelling error)Had been going to Lexus dealership for service until I found Exclusively .Had front suspension upper control arms and front and rear sway bar links replaced on my 2013 Lexus LS 460 F Sport AWD I had the parts.Excellent job with installation I have 22 years Air force aircraft maintenance background and know what to look for. Meticulous attention to detail is the description I would use for the work done.Definitely wish I had been coming here from the start highest quality work comparable to Lexus dealership without the cost and you get a free ride via Lyft if needed and other amenities if wanted at Dealership you can pay for a loaner and all the add ons that go with it =way more money. My First impressions are this is where I will be taking my Lexus going forward.Highly recommend everyone take a look at these folks and save yourself substantially compared to dealerships and get Top tier quality at a reasonable rate with great customer service I might add these folks are the real deal almost impossible to find in current times

    I was a customer here for 9 years with the original owners Mike & Kelly. It WAS great. I since have taken 2 of my vehicles in for repairs here. They screwed up the repairs on both vehicles and I had to have another shop actually repair the work these clowns tried to do. They couldn't even handle a simple coolant leak that they charged approx $400 for. I'm sorry but this place went downhill fast. Everything they said they did had to be redone.

    Exclusively Imports is that local shop with honest and knowledge owners with the best mechanics in town. We’ve been going there for years —our cars and truck are in regularly for maintenance/oil changes. Ken is a “Kia-guy,” having years of experience with Kia. It’s nice to have complete confidence in the work recommended for my Kia. Prices are reasonable. Waiting room is comfortable. Cars are happy when they leave. So am I.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We were very concerned to read your review and sincerely appreciate you speaking with us directly on the phone to clarify what happened. We want to address your points to provide clarity for others reading this. Regarding your visit in May, our primary concern was your safety. We found and repaired a rear locked brake caliper and severely worn rotors and brake pads, which are critical safety issues. At that time, as part of our multi-point inspection, we also noted that two of your tires were past the manufacturers date of use. As a standard safety courtesy, we always bring such issues to a customer's attention, with the recommendation to either replace or monitor them closely, especially before long trips, typically at a specialty tire shop, as we focus on mechanical repairs. Our goal was simply to ensure you were fully informed and aware of any safety concerns. It is possible the service advisor that worked with you in May used communication that may have not aligned with our established standards. This employee is also no longer employed with us. We apologize for any miscommunication or alarm this caused. Concerning the headlight assembly, we are glad you were able to get it resolved. When you called, we explained that we do not offer buffing services, as we cannot guarantee the results. You asked for a quote to replace the assembly, which we provided. Understanding that our quote for a new, warrantied OEM part was higher than you wanted, we proactively suggested a more affordable path: sourcing the part yourself and even helped you knowing what to search for on Amazon as an example. We are sorry if this felt unhelpful at the time, but we were genuinely trying to guide you toward a less expensive solution. We are disappointed that the review does not reflect this, as we specifically directed you to alternative options to save money, including the path you confirmed you ultimately took. Our philosophy is to provide honest, transparent recommendations and options, whether the work is done with us or not. We stand by the safety recommendations and transparent pricing we provided. We wish you the best with your vehicle and are always here if you need us in the future.

    I cannot recommend this place enough! We’ve been bringing our vehicles here and only here for four years now. I have always had trust issues with the crazy pricing on everything mechanic related. But here it feels like family - they’ve always been straightforward about what needs to be done, why, and what can wait until later; quality work/experience every time.     I contacted Exclusive Imports, and I dealt with Kelly, Karen and Mike and Gilbert(and you also can’t forget about Marley the friendly pup) . They were kind people who are very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I recently moved in from out of state, so I was doing research on mechanics when I received a recommendation to this establishment. I am so grateful for the work that they have done and the help that they have provided me with. I had an issue with my oil drain plug and they could have made a lot of money on me but they did the right thing by me and worked to get my drain plug out. Other mechanics have encouraged me to get whole new oil pan. Which would have costed me a lot more money. I’m so grateful for their honest opinion and above and beyond customer service. If you’re looking for a reliable, fast, honest mechanic look no further.. Exclusive Imports is where I will go and recommend everyone too!

    More like deceptive employee!!!! Lied in interview saying he was an a tech but could not tell the difference between a transmission pan and oil pan. Said he had all the tools needed. Also told us he owned a shop in Ohio. I find it hard to believe with the lack of knowledge.not only were we lied to but then he was a no call no show for a week.he only worked for us for one week.I really wish him luck and hope he is honest in the next interview.

    Traveling out of the country I ask them to do a safety inspection for my trip and wheel alignment, to look everything g over. Yet, I get stranded just before the border to Canada. I noticed I was having trouble starting it after the first day. I didn’t think anything of it because I had them perform a safety, check and road test, it included load testing the battery. They knew I was going across country. See invoice. See picture for what we found under the hood. It explains everything. Luckily, for me, I am still in the United States to call AAA, who doesn’t replace batteries in this remote town, only jumps starts. NOTE: The car has been serviced for safety every year since 2019 UPDATE: Owner took full responsibility for this, and is reimbursing us for the battery and service, which we had to pay for at an out of town dealership. We will be going back to them again.

    On April 4th we took our 2018 Toyota Hylander in due to a bearing noise near water pump. Mike and Kelly and the team got right on it and it turned out to be water pump bearing. They changed the water pump and put on a new belt and fluids. Their mechanics did excellent work and they are great people to work with. I will bring my Hylander here for any repairs in the future. I highly recommend Exclusive Imports and Mike and Kelly and the team.

    This garage did an assessment of my wife’s Toyota mini van. Said it needed lower control arms and motor mounts. To take the control arms off you 100% have to remove the motor mounts. Quoted $1,700 for motor mounts and $1,200 for lower control arms. Would have been over a $3,000 repair after taxes. I work on my BMW’s at home and decided I could give this repair a try myself. Took the motor mounts out. There was nothing wrong with them. I mean NOTHING!! Replaced the lower control arms because I saw the bushing were worn. Many people give this place 5 stars. Maybe because they don’t know any better. They almost got $3k off my wife on the $300 in parts it cost me. I did the repair over two days, on the ground, getting up to find a needed tool or moving the engine up and down at least a100 times. But them with their nice air tools and car lift want to charge my wife $1,700 on motor mounts they have to remove regardless whether the mounts are good or bad? Their less than 4 hours of work was going to charge my wife $3,000? Explain that? Also $90 quote on $25 worth of air filters. Many places will not charge for air filter replacement labor. Takes 10 minutes and it’s that long if you don’t know how to drop the glove box to get to the cabin filter. Nice way to treat a family with Arizona Veteran license plates. Total quote for everything was almost $4,000. As there were other services quoted. But the $3,000 is my complaint. I’m shocked to see an auto shop do this to a working family in Surprise. I still have the motor mounts I took out of the van and their quote which the woman at the desk,Kelly, just seemingly refused to give my wife item pricing for.

    First of all I’m sorry you felt you were taken advantage of and treated poorly. Your wife brought the Sienna in requesting a complete inspection of anything we saw that needed to be done now or in the near future. We completed the inspection and only charged $65.00 which is a half hour charge which we normally charge 1 hour for $130.00. So we sent information to your wife via text as well as email listing each job separately with cost of parts and labor. The reason for the breakdown is so you could decide which items you wanted done because none of them were urgent. If at any time we do a repair where items would overlap in labor the cost would be less. As far as saying you got parts much cheaper, I’m sure you did by purchasing after market non Toyota parts. The saying “you get what you pay for” applies with inferior parts.we pride ourselves on using all factory parts and providing the same warranty as the dealership to ensure the integrity of the vehicle remains the same. The engine mounts were noted as weak because they are hydraulic and from age and stress they sag and eventually cause vibration. Of course they are going to look ok when you remove them because there is nothing broke on them. Again they were noted as something that would need to be done whether it was now or later. The comment about taking advantage of a veteran family is completely wrong and disrespectful to say when half of our clients are veterans and they would strongly disagree with you. Not to mention we are part of a large event every year which is the Wounded Warrior foundation and donate every year, and more importantly my own father is a retired Master Chief in the Navy. So shame on you for that comment. I also told your wife that if you had any questions to feel free to call me, which of course you did not do. This looks more like you wanted our professional assessment knowing you were going to do the repairs yourself. We are brutally honest with all our customers whether it’s good or bad news. They always know they can count on our honesty. We have been in business in this same location for 18 years and have successfully kept a lot of customers safe and happy so I’m sorry you did not have the same experience. Next time maybe a phone call would be nice and we could of put the vehicle on a lift to show you and explain to you what we saw and why were recommending the repairs. In the future you could have also compared pricing to any dealership to see our pricing was not out of line like you say. You could call 10 different shops and get 10 different prices.
